ENGAGE YOUR BODY AND SOUL
Hello beautiful souls.
I would like to
share with you five daily practice that could be relishing to the body and
soul.
"PREEM"
P... Pray... Consciously devote yourself to few minutes of quiet faithful communication with your creator without worldly distractions.
R... Rest.... Find a quiet place in a serene ambience to disengage your mind and body from any activity. The goal is to calm your body nerves.
E... Eat . Eat nourishing food and consume at least three litres of water daily.
E.... Exercise. Engage in physical activities that would build your body endurance and strength.
